Return Policy
All new orders can be cancelled if the processing of the order is not started, and the paid amount will be refunded in full to the original Payment method
Since we are mixing paints based on your requirements and colors selected, and the same cannot be reversed, we cannot accept returns or cancel the order once the order is started processing
You can always check the status of your order in your Orders page
Customer can request for a cancellation of order and refund if the order is not fullfilled properly resulting the below situations:
- - The wrong product was sent by the merchant
- - The product is defective
- - The product was damaged in shipping.
- - The product is tampered before delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Please keep the proof of puchase/payment receipt downloaded for customer's reference.
Most of our orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 days of order date. However, if there is any delays due to unforseen challenges, we will communicate that to you in advance
Additional delivery charges may be applicable to orders depending on the shipping address, which will be displayed in the checkout page prior to payment
Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to the customer's registered email ID with Order details. Customer can also view the order details in his/her Account

Payments
Payments for all orders will need to be made online in advance using Credit or Debit cards.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
